Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism announced that it is hosting "The concept of Korea 2011" fashion products are fair in February with Daegu Metropolitan Government and Korea Creative Content Agency as part of Fashion Week events.

Wondering where the Wonder Girls were all this week? They were backstage and front row at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2011 fashion collections. From the Concept Korea 2011 show that featured three Korean up and coming designers to Fashion’s Night Out, the girls were all over New York City. The Wonder Girls pose with one of the designers from the Concept Korea Spring 2011 fashion show As part of New York Fashion Week, Concept Korea, sponsored by The Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Korean Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the South Korean city of Daegu, and the Korea Research Institute for Fashion Industry, showcased five top designers from Seoul, Korea and their Spring 2012 lines. The designers were chosen to present during New York Fashion Week after competing against one another, and the winners were selected based on their design skills and ability to develop a sustainable business model. |
